Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how to review and submit payment for purchases from Tavernelle. It should be read with the order details in checkout and the Refund Policy.
1. Checkout and Available Methods
Use the payment options actually displayed in checkout for your order. Availability can depend on the checkout context and the selected method; this page does not promise that a particular card, wallet, installment service or offline method is accepted in every case. Review the complete order before submitting payment. Do not email payment-card credentials or bank-login information to the store.
2. Currency and Final Amount
The shop currency is USD. Check the currency, product total, shipping charge, discounts and any tax displayed in checkout before authorizing payment. The final transaction should be assessed from that checkout display rather than an assumed rate or an earlier cart total. Ask the store about an apparent discrepancy before making another payment for the same order.
3. Refunds and Posting Time
An approved return refund is made to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Bank or credit-card posting time is additional. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receipt of the refund, contact the store with the order and approval details. Return eligibility and the return process are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Declined or Interrupted Payments
Review the information entered and any message shown by the payment provider. A provider may need to assist with its own security check or decline reason. If a connection is interrupted after submission, check whether an order confirmation was received before repeating the purchase. Contact the store with the relevant non-sensitive reference if the order record needs to be checked.
5. Authorization and Provider Messages
A payment attempt can produce a provider message or an authorization entry that should be checked alongside the order confirmation. Use the payment provider's own secure channels for account-specific questions. If the order status is unclear, give the store the order reference or checkout email without sending sensitive payment details. Do not assume that an authorization alone proves that a second order is required.
6. Questions and Payment Security
For an order-related payment question, identify the order, the date of the attempted transaction and the issue shown, while excluding full card numbers, security codes, passwords and other credentials. Account-level issues should also be taken to the payment provider through its own secure service. Contacting the store for help does not waive any dispute or consumer right available under applicable rules.
